We may be coffee lovers, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy other types of beverages! We’ll go over some of the best coffee makers that also work as hot water dispensers, which is genuinely one of the most valuable coffee makers’ features. It allows us to instantly make tea, herbal infusions, yerba mate, and many other beverages that require hot water. The article provides information about some Best Coffee Maker with Hot Water Dispenser.

Best Coffee Maker with Hot Water Dispenser
Brew Express – BEC-110 Countertop Automatic Filling Coffee System–
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to have a coffee-shop-style coffee maker, the Brew Express gives you just that kind of experience.
With a state-of-the-art water system, you can use this machine both as a regular coffee maker -that is, by manually refilling the water tank- or hook it up directly to the running water and never again have to worry about having to refill the water tank.
As far as swiftness goes, this coffee maker is the fastest when delivering hot water. You turn it on, and within seconds you’ve got hot water ready.
Keurig K-Elite Coffee Maker with Hot Water Dispenser
This Keurig coffee maker was engineered to rule over all other single-serve coffee makers, and it still stands tall years after its initial release.
It has all the convenience of a single-serve coffee maker, and it’s surprisingly small considering it has a huge water tank (75 oz).
Aside from its hot water function, it’s also got other useful functions like iced coffee, bold coffee, and several different sizes. Without a doubt one of the best single-serve coffee makers – and one of our personal favorites!
Cuisinart Coffee Plus 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker
The Cuisinart Coffee Plus is a more serious, office-setting type of coffee maker that combines heavy-duty coffee making (up to 12 cups at a time!) with convenience. The main feature here is that the hot water dispenser’s got its own separate space. Essentially, in many other coffee makers, the hot water dispenser seems more of a function that they add later.
In the Cuisinart Coffee Plus, the hot water dispenser is an exclusive feature that was part of the product’s initial idea, making it the most satisfying and easier to use.
Hamilton Beach 49980A 2-Way Coffee Maker and dispenser
Imagine the previous coffee maker but more modern, slicker, and overall a little more updated: that’s what the Hamilton Beach 2-way Coffee Maker offers.
It’s got all the same features, but it gets very creative with the design. Instead of being a square box, it’s got a unique shape that actually makes it easier to use. For cramped spaces, it’s a much better option than the Cuisinart.
Coffee Versatile Brew 12-Cup Programmable Coffee MakerMr. Coffee has developed a somewhat cult following over the past decade. Their products have this look that one might label as plain or bland, but they have proven to be some of the most trustworthy, durable machines on the market. They are notorious for not breaking down and, when they do, being easy and cheap to repair.
This particular model has a high-quality 12-cup carafe as well as a separate space for the hot water dispenser, much like the Cuisinart model.
Buyer’s Guide – What To Look For:
Convenience
Convenience is almost everything when shopping for a coffee maker. See, great coffee is probably the best thing in the world, but it also takes a lot of work and time.
What we really need is a coffee maker that is fast, convenient, easy to use… and also makes the best coffee possible.
In this list, each of the coffee makers have a distinct area in which they are most convenient:
- Brew Express: Can be hooked up directly to running water. This takes away the constant work of taking out the water tank, refilling it, and putting it back in.
- Keurig K-Elite: It’s a single-serve coffee maker – that is as convenient as you can get in the world of coffee.
- Cuisinart Coffee Plus: A separate space for the hot water dispenser, which allows you to place the cup or mug of your choice.
- Hamilton Beach 2-way: Great design that allows it to fit neatly into difficult spaces.
- Mr. Coffee: Separate space for the hot water dispenser for you to place your mug, travel mug, etc.
Type of Coffee
Unfortunately, there’s not a lot of options here. You either have single-serve coffee -which is quite limiting- or regular ground coffee for drip coffee makers.
Here, drip coffee machines win because you can buy whatever coffee you want and then grind it yourself. You have unlimited options and can grind them yourself, making a fresher coffee. Capsule coffee has fewer options and isn’t as fresh.
Brew Size
All machines on this list can brew by either cup or by the carafe, making them convenient for all brew sizes.
The only one that doesn’t brew by carafe would be the Keurig. Even so, the K-Elite has several brew size options that compensate for this. These are 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12oz.
Custom Brewing Options
There’s never been a lot of customizable options with drip coffee machines. The deal’s always been sort of “you get what you get,” and it’s something we’re all okay with- mostly because drip coffee machines are incredibly convenient and efficient.
Even so, a lot of these machines have slowly but steadily been introducing a couple of options to give you at least a little bit of room to play with.
The Hamilton Beach comes with a “brew options” button that lets you choose between regular or strong.
Similarly, Cuisinart and Mr. Coffee also have this function that lets you choose a “bolder” or “stronger” cup. This function basically works by immersing the grounds in water for a little longer, resulting in a richer, stronger brew.
Incidentally, the K-Elite also has a “strong brew” option. Since it’s capsule coffee, we don’t know for sure how they do it, but it should be similar: more prolonged immersion of grounds resulting in a stronger brew.
The only machine that doesn’t have such a feature is the Brew Express.
Conclusion-Coffee maker with Hot water dispenser
We’re sure that you’ll find a machine that fits your needs. All the ones on this list are unique in their own way, and each of them could easily fit anywhere – however, the trick is to carefully go over the buying guide and picture owning them.
Good luck!
